Guest Policy
Check-In
Check-In is 3:00pm or anytime thereafter. You will have access to the villa and receive a guest orientation at the time of arrival. While we will make every effort to ensure your room is ready by check-in, occasionally during peak seasons and when occupancy is high, your room may not be completely ready by check-in time. On these rare occasions, we will offer refreshments and a comfortable waiting area while your room preparation is completed. We ask your patience with us during these times. We have a small, dedicated staff that is committed to ensuring your comfort and enjoyment during your stay with us.
Check-Out
Check out is at 11: 00am. Anyone who needs accommodations beyond this time will need to make arrangements and receive approval from management on the day of arrival, as we need ample time to prepare the suite for the next guest’s arrival. We ask that all guests kindly keep this in mind when planning their departures. Extending your time without prior approval will result in a charge of $75.00 per person.
Minimum Reservation & Deposit Requirements
A two (2) night minimum stay is required. All weekly rental rates includes the 7th night free. Longer stays are encouraged and qualify for a manager’s discount. Payment in full is required at the time of reservation when using our online booking system. Payments not received within 30 minutes of booking result in automatic cancellation of your reservation. For other reservations, a $250.00 deposit is required to secure the reservation. The deposit must be received no later than 48 hours after confirming availability. If the grand total is $500.00 or less, full payment is due at the time of reservation. Payment in full at the time of reservation is required if arrival occurs within 30 days. We accept credit card and PayPal for all reservations.
The reservation deposit in non-refundable, unless the reservation is cancelled within 48 hours of confirmation. All deposits and fess will be applied to your total rental fee. Reservation cancelled within 20 days of arrival will result in forfeiture of $250.00 deposit plus the cost of the minimum 2 night stay requirement.
Processing Fee
A non-refundable processing fee of $40.00 is applied to each rental. If there are no damages or cancellation, the fee will be applied to your final cost. Guests will be responsible for any damages to the property that exceeds the insured amount.
Final Payment
Final Payment (balance due after initial reservation has been paid), is required 30 days prior to arrival. Payment can be made by direct deposit, or major credit card through PayPal.
Confirmation
A confirmation with receipt, facility policies and rules, dates of visit, and property information will be emailed to you after your initial reservation payment is processed. Carefully check your information for accuracy and contact us if any corrections are necessary, otherwise it will be presumed to be correct.
Maximum Occupancy
The maximum occupancy number of guests is limited to 12 for sleeping accommodations, and an additional 50 for an event or function. Any outside guest (someone who is not a party to your paid reservation) must pay $25.00 for day access to the property. This will be collected upon entering the property. The stated occupancy limit of 50 persons indicates the maximum number of occupants allowed on the property at any one time. (Exceptions are made for infants under the age of 3 only.)
Management/Conduct
An atmosphere conducive to relaxation and enjoyment of all guests in surrounding accommodations must be maintained at all times.
- We reserve the right to retain initial reservation payments, refuse rental, and or discontinue your occupancy if in our judgment your occupancy is detrimental to the property.
- We reserve the right to enter the rooms at any time for the purpose of inspection, repair, maintenance, cleaning or any other management reason necessary. We will notify you in advance unless the need to enter is an emergency.
- The property may not be used for any unlawful purpose.
- Absolutely No Parties or non-booked events are allowed on the property.
- We ask that all parties refrain from excessive public display of affection as we area a family friendly property, and wish to maintain a respectable atmosphere. This includes but is not limited to the pool and garden.
- While we are located in a very safe community, by renting our property you are assuming all risk of and liability for any damages done to any person or property during your stay.
- We carefully screen our personnel, yet ask that you secure your belongings. Management and owners will not be responsible for accidents or injury to guests or loss of money or valuables of any kind.
- Our minimum age for reservation rental is 21. Only responsible adults will be able to secure the property. Identification is required at the time of booking and during check-in. Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of reservation payment and the party will not be able to check-in.
Accommodations & Rates
The villa-style facility is equipped with six ensuite rooms (a comfortable bedroom with a private bathroom), with king, queen size or twin beds, chairs and/or lounge furnishings and clean linens. The facility has free high speed Internet access, as well as cable television in the common living room and lounge areas. Kindly note that individual ensuite rooms are not at present equipped with televisions.
Our rates vary seasonally, and include room fee as well as access to all common areas of the facility*, including the living room/lounge area, dining room, kitchen, veranda, pool and gardens. (*Some rooms may only include access to room and external areas such as pool and garden.)
Use of Facilities and On-site Provisions
Accommodations and amenities are provided for your enjoyment. By using the facility you assume responsibility and liability for your actions. No liability for accidents is assumed by the property owners or its representatives.
- Pool Area: There is a private pool on the premises, which is available for use by all guests. Paying guests are allowed to use the pool subject to compliance with all pool rules posted in the pool area. Please note there is NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY and swimming is at your own risk. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
- Pets: No pets of any kind are allowed on the property.
- Bathrooms and Toilets: Nature’s Bliss uses a sewage system to remove waste from the facility. Care should be exercised to prevent excessive toilet paper from clogging the toilet. Nothing should be flushed except toilet paper. This includes all feminine products, “flushable” wipes or applicators, cotton balls, Q-tips, contraceptive, napkins, paper towels, etc. No Exceptions. Guests will be charged for any costs incurred by the owners to service or repair any toilet and drain damage caused by guests.
Furnishing and Decor
Each suite is fully furnished has been tastefully decorated with care by the owners and management. We ask that you respect our property. It you need to rearrange furnishing during your stay, we ask that you return furnishings back the way you found them prior to departure.
Cleaning
A daily or twice-weekly maid service is included with your rental. We will make the beds, tidy the room and check replenish toilet paper and paper towel supplies. As an environmentally-friendly facility, we encourage guests to reuse linens, towels and wash cloths during their stay. At any time during your stay, you may request that linens, towels and wash cloths be removed and replaced with a fresh supply.
Personal Hygiene Supplies
Please bring all personal supplies for your stay (i.e., toothbrush, toothpaste, deodorant, shampoo, etc.), as these are not provided by the facility. (There is a supermarket nearby.)
Smoking
Natures Bliss is a non-smoking facility. We ask that your do not smoke on our property at any time, this includes the outdoor areas and the gardens surrounding the facility.
Booking Deposit Policy
A Booking Deposit of $200USD or 10% of total cost (whichever is greater) is required at the time of booking.
Failure to pay this deposit means that your booking is not secured and other bookings may be taken that mean that your booking will be cancelled.
Failure to pay the remainder of your total booking costs within 10 days may mean forfeiture of your deposit and cancellation of your booking.
Cancellation Policies
Our cancellation and refund policy may vary by the number of days after booking. Certain rates and promotions may be non-refundable. Please pay close attention and note these policies at the time of booking. If you decide to cancel your reservation within thirty (30) days prior to your arrival, the following penalties will be applied.
Short-term Reservation Cancellation:
30 Day Refund Policy:
- If a reservation is cancelled within 48 hours of confirmation, all costs will be refunded.
- If you cancel 2-5 days after purchase, then a $200USD cancellation fee will be applied per person.
- If you cancel 6-15 days after purchase, then a $200USD cancellation fee will be applied per person and then 50% (of the remainder) is refundable.
- If you cancel 16 to 30 days after purchase, then a $200USD cancellation fee will be applied per person and then 20% (of the remainder) is refundable.
- Nature’s Bliss does not double book its availability so this penalty is assessed in order to offset the loss of revenue caused by an unplanned vacancy.
Monthly Reservation Cancellation:
- All cancellation requests must be received in writing in order to be valid.
- Monthly occupants must cancel at least sixty (60) days prior to check-in to receive a refund of the total cost reservation.
- Cancellations occurring with between 60 and 30 days prior to check-in will result in forfeiture of initial reservation deposit (or $200USD per person, whichever is greater), plus a penalty 20% of the cost of total stay.
- Cancellations occurring between 30 and 15 days before check-in will result in forfeiture of initial reservation deposit (or $200USD per person, whichever is greater), plus a penalty of 50% of the cost of total stay.
- Cancellations occurring less than 15 days before check-in will result in forfeiture of entire payment.
Refunds
- Refunds are only issued for cancellations as above. No other refunds are issued for cancellations or early departure due to inclement weather or personal circumstances.
- Nature’s Bliss cancellation policy does not provide refunds for any unforeseen developments, including, but not limited to: illness, hurricane evacuations (mandatory or otherwise), or similar events that can affect your travel plans.
- We strongly suggest that you consider purchasing travel insurance.
Fireworks
Fireworks are strictly prohibited on the property by law.
Firearms
Firearms are prohibited at this property.
Maintenance
Every effort is made to maintain the accommodations in good repair. All repairs will be handled as quickly as possible. No refunds will be provided due to inoperable appliances, pool or any other amenities.
Departure Responsibilities
Our cleaning staff will clean and sanitize bathrooms, clean and vacuum rooms, strip and remake beds with clean linens, and take care of the kitchen. It is your responsibility to make sure you gather all your personal belongings before your departure. We are not responsible for items left behind, but we will attempt to locate and return such items and return them to you. Any shipping or mailing costs incurred to retrieve and return forgotten items will be the guest’s responsibility
